Scott Massaro joins our team as the head of our Reconstruction Division and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO's Hero Ready Training. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Scott has been with us for a few months and has been working diligently to learn and grow within our company. Scott brings 30+ years of construction and industry experience to SERVPRO!
